The Roots of Modern Design Concepts
Living in Kars, Mamoon is a civil engineer by trade and a proud family man with deep roots in the Ottawa community. His journey into renovations began in 2016, while studying at the University of Ottawa. What started as a side business quickly grew through word-of-mouth referrals, thanks to his meticulous work, innovative designs, and genuine care for clients.
As demand for his services grew, Mamoon made the decision to dedicate himself full-time to Modern Design Concepts, building a company known for high standards, honesty, and precision. Today, he leads a tight-knit team and a network of long-standing, trusted trade partners — professionals he has worked alongside for years.
His civil engineering background gives him a unique edge in the renovation world. He doesn’t just focus on the aesthetics of a space — he understands the underlying structural elements that make a renovation truly last.
